  • Attraction Tickets

  • Yacht Rentals

  • Airport Transfers

  • Hotel Bookings

  • Luxury Transportation

  • Travel Packages

By booking any service or using this website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking & Payment Policy

  1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  2. Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.

  3. Prices are quoted in AED unless otherwise stated.

  4. NSB Tourism reserves the right to change prices without prior notice due to supplier changes, fuel costs, taxes, or government regulations.

  5. Bookings are confirmed only after payment receipt and official confirmation from our team.

Failure to make payment within the agreed time may result in cancellation of the booking.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

A. Visa Services

  • Visa processing fees are non-refundable once application submission has begun.

  • Visa approval is subject to UAE immigration authorities.

  • NSB Tourism LLC is not responsible for visa rejection decisions made by immigration authorities.

B. Tours & Activities

  • Free cancellation may apply if cancelled within the supplier’s allowed timeframe (usually 24–48 hours prior to activity).

  • Last-minute cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

  • Refund timelines may take 7–21 working days depending on payment method and supplier policy.

C. Transportation Services

  • Airport transfers cancelled less than 12 hours before pickup are non-refundable.

  • No-shows will be charged full amount.

  • Additional hours or waiting time may incur extra charges.

4. Visa Disclaimer

  1. Visa approval is solely at the discretion of UAE Immigration Authorities.

  2. Submission of correct documents does not guarantee approval.

  3. NSB Tourism LLC is not liable for:

    • Visa rejection

    • Entry denial at airport

    • Overstay fines

    • Immigration penalties

  4. It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure passport validity (minimum 6 months).

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal and passport details.

  • Follow UAE laws and regulations.

  • Arrive on time for tours and transfers.

  • Carry valid identification and required documents.

NSB Tourism LLC will not be responsible for missed tours due to customer delays.

6. Travel & Activity Risk Disclaimer

Certain activities (desert safari, water sports, yacht trips, etc.) involve inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge:

  • You are medically fit to join the activity.

  • NSB Tourism LLC is not liable for injuries resulting from third-party operators.

  • Customers must follow safety instructions provided by guides.

Pregnant women, heart patients, and individuals with medical conditions should consult a doctor before booking.

7. Force Majeure

NSB Tourism LLC is not responsible for service disruption caused by:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Pandemic regulations

  • Airport closures

  • Political instability

  • Airline delays

In such cases, refunds depend on supplier policies.

8. Third-Party Suppliers

We work with licensed hotels, transport providers, visa partners, and tour operators.
NSB Tourism LLC acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for:

  • Service delays caused by third parties

  • Changes made by suppliers

  • Hotel overbooking

  • Flight schedule changes

9. Pricing Errors

If a pricing error occurs due to system malfunction or human error, NSB Tourism LLC reserves the right to:

  • Correct the price

  • Cancel the booking and issue a refund

10. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use this website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt unauthorized access

  • Copy website content without permission

All content, images, logos, and text are property of NSB Tourism LLC.

11. Limitation of Liability

NSB Tourism LLC shall not be liable for:
