  • Please bring a valid photo ID/passport with you as it is required to be displayed at the entrance.
  • The Booking Confirmation is valid only for the selected date and time
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • Shared transfers are only available from central Dubai locations: Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, and Marina.
  • Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited inside the vehicle during transfer tours.
  • There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.
  • Food and beverages brought from outside may not be allowed inside the premises
  • The management is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the visit.
